Just wanted to write a quick note to you - my website is now VERIFIED on Pinterest!

Basically, that means my blog (this little one here!) now has a hyperlink on my Pinterest page, and people can find me that way. Kinda fabulous.

And it was easy to do, if you haven't yet.

If you host a blog on Blogger, here's what I did -

When I got the message from Blogger saying I could verify, then I proceeded. Before that, I couldn't do it.

Then you are given two options to verify - either by uploading a file to your site, or by sticking a "metafile" in your blog.

Because to my knowledge you can't upload a file directly to Blogger, select Metafile. It's in grey print under the upload instructions.

The next part is a simple process -

Copy the line of code they give you.

Then go to your Blogger managing page.

Select "Template" from the left hand menu.

Under the "Live on Blog" Screenshot, you have the option to Customize or Edit HTML.

Select Edit HTML, and then on the next screen, select Continue.

In the first few lines of code, you should see this:



Right after that, make a new line (push enter) and paste the code into it.

Save it and update your blog.

Then go back to the Pinterest page where you got the Metafile, and push the "click here" button.  That goes to your site and checks for the code.

That's it!
